  • We are looking for a friendly and efficient Administrator to join us in Wellington.

    You must enjoy customer contact, both face to face and over the telephone. This may suit someone with "the best or nothing attitude" wishing to advance their career.

    Our ideal applicant would have experience with high customer contact, the ability to build relationships between customers as well as suppliers, as well as having a high degree of computer accuracy.

    It is essential you are vibrant and enthusiastic and able to work efficiently.

    Duties in this role will include:
    • Answering and directing all incoming calls
    • Greeting and assisting customers on-site
    • Collecting and distributing incoming mail
    • CRM - Updating customer records
    • Vehicle administration
    • Creditors / debtors
    • Mail-outs, mail-merges, data entry and filing
    • Daily banking and manual bank reconciliation
    • Ordering and maintaining all stationery, office consumables and kitchen supplies
    • Ensuring customer lounge and showroom area is kept clean and tidy
    Essential to you being considered for the position will be your ability to demonstrate:
