An opportunity has come up in the successful Remuera Branch to join part of our Customer Experience Administration team. We are looking for an experienced front desk administrator to work 40 hours per week.
The job would involve:
Meeting and Greeting our clients
My Desktop - Loading and managing listings
Ordering Titles, LIMs etc
Social Media - Managing Facebook & Instagram pages
Organising lock boxes
Assisting Branch Manager and other front-desk administrators when required
Assisting Salespeople when required
Helping to organise functions & market days
Organising settlement/appraisal packs
Creating window cards
Updating price lists and other documents
Our ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and a warm and welcoming disposition. Experience in the real estate industry would be highly regarded but what is more important for us is a person with a "can do" attitude and an eagerness to work with our whole team.
We have a great team camaraderie and are generally a lot of fun, so we're looking for someone down to earth with a sense of humour who will fit right into our team.
