  • Ray White Ellerslie are currently searching for an energetic individual who is looking to start an exciting, rewarding career in the Real Estate industry.

    We need an Administrator / PA to provide support for our busy sales team. You will be responsible for ensuring the sales team can run at maximum efficiency by providing ongoing sales support, and assisting with marketing material, general administration duties and database management.

    We're looking for someone vibrant, energetic, and willing to get stuck into whatever needs doing. While previous PA / administration experience is ideal, what's more important to us is a desire to succeed and a positive and willing attitude.

    To be successful in this role you will need:
    • A good working knowledge of the MS Office suite
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
    • The ability to work well under pressure and multi task
    • Efficient time management skills in getting through tasks
    • Great interpersonal skills
