Quinovic Property Management is New Zealand’s largest private residential property management group. We have 30 years of experience in residential property management, and 33 offices nationwide. Our systems and processes are well established and we have a strong and proven market reputation.
We are seeking someone with a strong direct sales background to lead the growth of our Mt Maunganui office. The role has a primary focus on generating and achieving new sales business, but also includes some general office, financial and staff management. You will be a self-starter, able to operate autonomously, be highly motivated to succeed, and have a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Previous experience in property management is highly desirable but is not essential.
This is a great opportunity to grow and manage a small office with an established client base and a strong reputation and brand. Your remuneration will comprise a base salary plus a performance/commission component based on your sales results.
The successful applicant will need to possess the following skills and attributes: Sales:
An excellent understanding of the sales process
A proven track record of new business generation and achieving sales targets
At ease with a ‘hunting’ approach to sales (i.e. cold calling, generating new leads)
Results focused and target driven
Able to build and manage strong networks
Strong staff, financial and operations/business management
Ability to make practical, pragmatic and common-sense decisions
Motivated, honest, competent and hard working
Strong and effective communicator
Tenacious and resilient
Permanent residency and a current clean full driver’s license are essential.
