    To help with this mission, AHG is seeking a proactive, experienced customer service professional to join their team at North Harbour Ford. The role is full time (Mon-Fri) and based in Wairau Park on Auckland's North Shore.

    The primary function of this position is to maximize the retention of existing customers by promoting vehicle service bookings, whilst establishing a strong customer relationship over the phone via both inbound and outbound calls. Service reception, general administration and data management duties are also required to help with the day to day running of the service department.

    Inbound and outbound telephone calls are a core part of this role, as is managing our customer database and reporting on performance to dealership and AHG management. General administration duties will be required to help with the day to day running of the service department.
