Andrew Simms Newmarket and Botany retail over 400 vehicles a month from both our locations which generates significant service and warranty work.
Due to this significant work load we require an additional Warranty Administrator to assist our warranty team across both locations.
This role will include:
Invoicing service warranty job cards
Entering warranty in distributors system
Writing technical descriptions of vehicle faults
Ensuring maximum claim values are achieved
You'll be handling warranty claims for Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, Fiat, Kia, Mitsubishi, Great Wall and Haval vehicles so previous experience in a motor vehicle dealership service department will be highly regarded.

An understanding of the warranty process
Strong computer skills
Excellent organisation and time management
A good knowledge of vehicle makes and manufacturers
Strong literacy and numeracy skills
The ability to work in a team environment
