  • Harcourts Cooper & Co are looking for an enthusiastic Administrator to join our award winning Birkenhead team.

    Your day will be spent coordinating and implementing the requirements of our dynamic team.

    Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
    • Booking & preparing advertising in various publications
    • Monthly invoicing
    • Preparing auction documentation
    • Liaising with solicitors and company business associates
    • Frontline activity incl. walk in, telephone & office enquiries
    • General administration duties as required
    This position requires a resilient, efficient, enthusiastic and detail oriented person to fill the role.

    Our ideal applicants will have:
    • Strong computer skills - including Microsoft Office Suite
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • The ability to multitask and work to deadlines with attention to detail and accuracy

    No previous administration experience required, but will be advantageous.
