    We are looking for an HR Advisor to support our NZ business that can develop strong internal relationships and provide exceptional HR administration and advice to support business performance. Reporting to the CEO this HR Advisor role would suit someone who has a year or two experience in an HR Advisor role post-graduation or an HR Admin/Co-ordination with 3 to 4 years looking for that next step up.

    What will you be doing?:
    • The role has a large recruitment component supporting hiring managers with end to end recruitment including ensuring all pre-employment, on boarding and induction processes are completed.
    • Provide accurate and timely HR advice related to employment issues including performance improvement, disciplinary processes, employment contract interpretation and policy and procedure guidance.
    • Ensure policies and processes are maintained and support business outcomes while reflecting up to date legislative requirements
    • Undertake exit interviews
    • Provide monthly HR metrics
    • Support employee communication requirements including contribution to the regular employee newsletter
    To be successful in this role you will need:
    • HR Advisor with 1-2 years' experience post qualification/or 3 to 4 years HR Co-ordinator/Administration with experience undertaking some advisory level activity
    • A high level written and verbal skills
    • Proven recruitment experience including writing job descriptions, advertisements and interviewing
    • Conversant with current employment legislation such as the ER Act and HSE Act
    • A minimum of intermediate level skills in MS suite of programmes with higher proficiency in Excel, Word and Power Point.
    • MYOB experience would be beneficial
