An opportunity has recently become available for a Service Receptionist/Advisor. We require a sensational individual to join our outstanding and vibrant Dealership in Glenfield. This is an excellent career opportunity within the Giltrap Group.
As part of our frontline team you will be acting as a liaison between our technicians and customers. This role will see you managing customer requirements for service and repair, including making bookings, loading the workshop to capacity, preparing and costing invoices, as well as all other duties to ensure our customers are receiving the highest standard of service.
It is essential that you have a professional manner and the ability to communicate with people at various levels, it is also expected the you will be confident with your computer skills as you will be required to operate our Dealer Management System, Excel & email.
This role would ideally suit an existing Service Advisor or Service Receptionist who is looking for a new challenge and to further their career.
Experience and Skills:
Experience with Dealerpro or similar system would be an advantage.
Be a team player and understand the importance of our Brand and Dealership values.
Competency and speed with Excel & Outlook.
Excellent verbal and written communications at various levels.
Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure.
Exceptional time management.
Previous automotive sector experience also an advantage.
Full NZ Drivers Licence.
