    We have an opening for an Office Assistant to join our East Tamaki based team.

    The job will entail the following:
    • Reception and customer service communication
    • Sales Order and Customer invoicing
    • Daily banking and receipt
    • Accounts Receivable including phone collections
    • Accounts Payable- supplier invoice processing and payment
    • Ordering office sundries & stationery and purchase order processing
    The hours of work will be 8.30am - 5.00pm

    Giving you the chance to do the following:
    • Monthly rental invoicing & reconciliation
    • Inventory - goods receiving and processing (including overseas goods)
    • Inventory adjustment
    • Inventory reordering
    • Inventory Count and Data Input - reconciliation
    • Work in Progress - processing & managing Jobs
    • Time sheet processing
    The successful applicant will be trained in the company's systems and will be responsible to the Operations Manager.

    You will also assist our sales people with their sales and marketing projects as required, so someone with innovative sales principals would be preferable.

    Skills and experience necessary:
    • Microsoft Word & Excel skills
    • Good verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to work as a member of a team
    • Experience with accounting systems including JD Edwards would be an advantage
