We are looking for an Experienced Office Administrator with accounting skills.
The role requires organisation skills, initiative, experience in office management and the ability to learn new skills and create and follow processes.
The successful candidate will ideally have experience in Xero and Xero payroll. The role also requires the day to day management of Simpro and unleashed software and the ability to learn a few of our other software applications.
Other duties include but are not limited to:
Create jobs and invoice clients
Answer incoming phone calls
Complete regular stock takes
Manage our job logging and client communication
General Administration and support tasks
You will be an avid multitasker with the ability to prioritise jobs and meet strict deadlines. This is a challenging role but with hard work comes success.
Our ideal applicant will have the following:
Previous experience in an Office Administration role
Exceptional English communication - both written and verbal
High levels of personal presentation
A good understanding of accounts and things IT
Sound computer skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
An honest, trust worthy and hardworking approach to your work

Hours of work for this role are approximately 20 hours per week, based on Auckland's North Shore.
