    We are currently seeking experienced Business (Finance) Managers to support our dealership network across Auckland. Due to unprecedented growth we are looking for highly motivated and dedicated professionals to join us during this exciting time. We have a range of locations available.

    The ideal candidates for this role will have at least 2 years experience as a Business Manager, selling a range of Finance and Insurance and Aftermarket products. It is envisaged that you previously worked within a medium - large sized Automotive Dealership.

    Duties include:
    • Build strong relationships between customers and the dealership
    • Obtaining customer experience feedback
    • Offering motor solutions that show genuine care for our customers
    • Delivering our customers value
    • Making all interactions with our business effortless and easy
    • Developing your knowledge of our brand, products & services
    The successful applicant will possess:
    • Intimate understanding of the legislative requirements of the Financial Services Industry and Credit Contracts Act
    • Consistent track record of exceptional compliance and attention to detail
    • Strong Selling Skills
    • Excellent time management
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Commitment to providing a consistent premium customer experience
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills
    • Proven ability to build rapport quickly and foster successful relationships
    • The ability to work autonomously
    • Flexibility to work within a 7 day Business
    • High level of computer literacy and exposure to the Microsoft suite
