  • Ashcroft Homes are currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Administrator within our Administrative Team.

    We're currently looking for a pro-active Intermediate Office Administrator to join our fast growing team in Eden Terrace.

    Working at times on reception, you will be the face of our company so exceptional professional and personal presentation is a must. This role is vital to ensure the smooth running of our office by supporting our teams

    Responsibilities will include:
    • Updating and maintaining databases and contact lists
    • Providing administration support to our internal teams
    • Covering reception area and incoming office calls when required
    • Following up consents with Council
    • Providing information for external enquiries
    • Documentation and filing
    • General administration duties
    You'll need to be highly organised and capable of working under pressure. This role requires a mature candidate who is not afraid of hard work.

    Essential skills and attributes include:
    • Intermediate to Advanced computer skills
    • Strong communication skills both written and oral
    • Excellent ability to prioritise, multi-task and remain calm under pressure
    • Have a winning personality - friendly, fun, willing, approachable and professional
    • Have resilience, confidentiality and discretion
    • Attention to detail
    • A high level of personal presentation
    Knowledge of the new home or building industry would be advantageous, but is not essential.

    This is a full time role working Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm.
